    Book online or call the clinic. A consultation is £75 and is redeemable against your treatment if you go ahead. Two to four weeks is the usual lead time.

    A full medical history review, then a detailed assessment of your concerns and goals. Where the skin itself is the question, that includes an Observ 520x scan, which looks under the surface at sun damage, pigmentation and hydration.     Dr Harry talks through the options and what each can and cannot do, then builds a personalised plan. Nothing is decided for you, and there is no obligation to treat on the day.

  4. Treatment

    Carried out by Dr Harry James himself, never handed to whoever is free. You leave with written aftercare and a number to call if anything concerns you.

  5. Follow up

    A follow up to assess how the treatment settled, monitor anything that needs watching and plan maintenance or next steps.
